Monica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She is passionate about helping people find strength and peace as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. She has experience coming alongside others to process feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, and grief in order to attain a sense of balance and purpose. Monica enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. 

Monica completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at James Madison University and earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University. Jessica completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Evergreen State College and her Master of Arts (MA) in Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University Seattle. She believes client-centered collaboration is the most effective tool to guide her clients towards their wellness goals. Jessica utilizes strength-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to therapy with a foundation of creativity and flexibility to best meet the unique needs of each client.
