About
As a woman of color, I understand the social challenges and the work it takes to build resiliency and skills to overcome barriers.
I am a clinical professional counselor (CPC) with 15 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, strengthen self-advocacy, and build confidence through compassionate, collaborative care. My approach emphasizes empowerment, emotional safety, and helping individuals develop the skills needed to improve overall well-being.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I am an approved clinical supervisor and a licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor, with experience providing individual, group, and family therapy across outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings.
I believe healing is possible for everyone, regardless of background or life experience. Together, we will work to identify your strengths, address challenges, and create practical tools to support growth and resilience. I invite you to take the first step by scheduling an appointment so we can begin this work together.

With Thriveworks, Online therapy is an effective alternative to in-person therapy services in which a client can speak to a Thriveworks therapist remotely via online video conferencing. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person treatment, but they can also provide added benefits like reduced travel time, saving money on transportation or childcare, and increased access to care.
Online therapy works much like traditional in-person therapy but takes place through secure video conferencing. Clients can attend Online therapy from any safe place they choose that has access to the internet, whether that be their home or another easily accessible place. Like in-person treatment, a therapist will work with their client to address their concerns, create goals, and establish an effective treatment plan.
There is no best option for online therapy—instead, it’s best to focus on finding a provider that meets your specific needs and with whom you can form a professional connection with.
Yes, online therapy is just as effetive for many clients as in-person sessions.
Online therapy can last for a few months to years depending on the goals and symptoms of the client. The treatment process will be unique to each client and lend itself to their specific concerns, which means that the time it takes to treat them will always be different. Timing is also up to the client themselves; they are free to stop therapy whenever they please, especially if they feel they have reached their goals and addressed their concerns.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. More information on current self-pay costs is available on our pricing page.
Think back to one of your favorite days. What made it a good day? Was the day filled with…
My answer to this question probably looks a lot different than yours or anyone else’s. Why? Because we’re all different. We all have our own personal needs, joys, desires, and values. The key to living a life full of these good, favorite days is determining what those needs, joys, desires, and values are. And then prioritizing them day in and day out. Now, we all share a few essential needs (outside of food, water, and rest, of course): the need to have fulfilling relationships; the need to feel personally gratified and successful; the need to maintain our mental and emotional wellbeing, in addition to our physical wellbeing.

What Services Are Offered Here at Thriveworks Nevada?
As we mentioned earlier, Thriveworks Nevada connects our clients with online providers. They can choose to meet with their provider online by phone or video. Now, it’s important to mention that online counseling can prove just as successful as onsite counseling. In fact, many people prefer online counseling to in-person counseling as it offers more flexibility, greater comfort, and optimal convenience. On top of that, many people find it easier to open up to their counselor about difficult topics via online mediums—this means greater benefits and faster progress.
Thriveworks Nevada can provide many different types of therapy online, which include:
You might be interested in more than one of the above, depending on what you have going on. Or, maybe you have no idea which service might benefit you. Either way is just fine. Our counselors will be happy to meet you where you are and offer personalized help.
