About
As a woman of color who has walked the path of discovering identity, purpose, and freedom
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 5 years of experience and a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of self. As someone who has personally walked through seasons of transformation, I bring authenticity, empathy, and professional expertise to each session. I specialize in supporting youth, young adults, and couples navigating behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use concerns.
I earned my master’s in marriage and family therapy with a specialization in children and adolescents from Northcentral University. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Healing takes courage, and you don’t have to walk that road alone. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you uncover your inner strength, and guide you toward peace and purpose. When you’re ready, I’ll walk with you on your journey toward healing, balance, and renewed confidence.

Even so, there are a few common signs and events that often point to a need for therapy, such as experiencing divorce or loss, grief, consistent low moods, teens distancing themselves and becoming isolated, losing interest in hobbies, excessive anger or irritability, substance use issues, and suicidal ideation, among others.
Teen counseling providers at Thriveworks in , NV offer both in person and online therapy by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
