Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin, a Master of Arts in Business Communications from Emerson College, a Master of Social Work from Boston University, and a postgraduate CBT Certificate from Boston University. Kristen Gonzalez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment/life transitions, relationship issues, and stress in adults. Kristen has 6 years of experience working with individuals from different ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. She completed her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Boston College. 

Kristen understands that everyone’s life experiences are unique, therefore she utilizes a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach to meet her clients where they are and to deeply understand her clients’ life experiences and backgrounds. Sue Gillis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 40 years of experience supporting adults and seniors. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, and family or parenting challenges. Sue has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, residential care, and community health settings. Her clinical background includes service with the U.S. Army and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Brockton, MA. Her approach is grounded in compassion, trust, and collaboration.

Sue holds 2 Master’s degrees in Public Health and Guidance and Counseling from Boston University. She uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and acceptance and commitment therapy to meet clients where they are.

Gabrielle Eckler is a Resident in Counseling who specializes in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem in adults. Gabrielle completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a concentration in Substance Abuse Counseling at Curry College and her master's degree in Mental Health at Boston College. She has spent two internships focused on substance abuse counseling and working with older adults with a focus on health promotion and wellness.

Esther attended Simmons University and received her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work.
