I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University. Elizabeth "Beth" Snow is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to assisting adolescents, adults, and couples in overcoming their distinct obstacles and achieving greater fulfillment in life, specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship/intimacy concerns, infidelity, sexual dysfunction, ADHD, and trauma.

Beth received her Master's degree specialist in Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology and certification as a sex therapist. Beth's approach utilizes multiple treatment approaches including existential therapy, person-centered therapy (PCT), solution-focused (SFT), sex therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Beth is also trained in EMDR.

I’m Jacob Glose, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Arkansas with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual and couples therapy and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. I am trained in EMDR and offer trauma-informed care for clients looking to process difficult past experiences and move forward with more clarity and stability. James is a Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) in the state of Arkansas. He primarily works with teenagers (14+) and adults and has worked with clients with various issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, grief, and more. 

James has over 26 years of experience with individuals, groups, couples, and families. He has worked in a variety of settings from outpatient to inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and his Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University. His style is relaxed and empathetic, yet direct when called for.

Pam Goucher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arkansas and Tennessee with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, parenting and relationship issues.

Pam earned her Bachelor's degree Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, and her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Memphis. Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her therapy style is eclectic, though she tends to lean more towards cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family origin issues.

Pam believes it's important to remember that whatever you're feeling is normal for what you are experiencing. Anyone in your situation would most likely be feeling the same way. You will figure it out together. Pam looks forward to working with you from the very first session.

Dave Welcher is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 4 years of experience. Dave received his Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas.
