Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused approaches to provide individualized treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and everyday stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
