About
As a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed therapist, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to create a safe, culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal on their own terms.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, and I focus on helping them gain clarity, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
I earned my master’s degree in counselor education and clinical mental health counseling from William Carey University. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, with treatment tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a supportive and safe environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will work toward building insight, confidence, and practical tools to help you move forward with greater balance and resilient
