I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. Kristina Turner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 11 years of experience in the mental health field. Kristina has worked in a variety of clinical settings including state hospitals treating chronic mental illnesses. She has experience in clinical outpatient settings focusing on the treatment of personality disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, as well as trauma. Kristina’s most recent experience is in helping others overcome addiction through medical detox, rehabilitation, and recovery-based group therapy.

Kristina completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology at Bowie State University. Her great passion is to bring healing to people who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety. There is no "one size fits all" approach to healing and Kristina’s training in various treatment modalities prepares her to help meet clients where they are. Her overall goal is to help clients create a healthy perception of themselves, their families, and the world around them.

Thomas Lims Owusu-Asante is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCSW, LCAC) who has over 13 years of experience working with adults who are struggling with anger, addiction, life transitions, family issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and more.

Thomas holds a Master's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree Addiction Counseling degree, and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. With extensive global travel experience including 15 countries, and exposure to multiple cultures, Thomas is well-versed in the peculiarities of families’ cultural, traditional, and religious background. He utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solutions-focused therapy (SFT), narrative therapy (NT), and Alderian therapy.

Andi Yates is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of experience. Andi specializes in a variety of concerns, including anxiety and depression, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship issues, including intimacy concerns, LGBTQ+ identities and relationships, coping with change, and developmental concerns. She has experience working with both youth and adults to support them in unique challenges that each stage of life presents.

Andi received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. As a horticultural therapist, Andi expertly weaves metaphor into her therapy sessions. Andi uses a wide range of tools, including emotionally focused therapy, systems theory, social justice therapy, somatic methods, and solution-focused therapy.

Andi works alongside her clients to find their inner strengths and pairs practical tools with emotional processing. Andi is deeply passionate about being a cheerleader for her clients and helping them celebrate themselves and their accomplishments. Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in community mental health. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma and significant life changes. Nicole also works with people across the lifespan struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, and many other adjustments that come with living life.

Nicole completed her Master's in Social Work at Purdue University with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. She is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, behavioral management, and motivational interviewing.

Nicole uses empathy, humor, and genuineness to connect with clients and help them to feel more at ease. She believes in helping others understand themselves to increase confidence in their strengths and abilities. Throughout her career, she has served in inpatient psychiatric units, correctional facilities, outpatient medication management clinics, and behavioral health programs for children and adolescents. She specializes in treating personality disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse, and anxiety.

Tina holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She provides compassionate, personalized care with a non-judgmental and collaborative approach. Jasmin completed her Masters of Science in Counseling and Counselor Education (M.S.Ed), as well as completed her Education Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling (Ed.S) at Indiana Univeristy Bloomington. She has professional experience working in the university setting with young adults, providing grief work with birth mothers through a local adoption agency, providing more intensive therapy services through a hospital outpatient clinic, and more. This clinical experience allows Jasmin to adequately understand and address a variety of presenting concerns. Jasmin utilizes multiple therapy approaches, including: person-centered therapy, multicultural counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma focused therapy.
