About
As an experiential therapist, I work to help clients expand their experience to find an authentic path to healing.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. I have worked across outpatient, community mental health, and inpatient substance use treatment settings, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
I earned my master’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Connecticut. My therapeutic style is person-centered and experiential, incorporating cognitive and dialectical approaches, solution-focused therapy, strength-based techniques, and emotionally focused interventions to support authentic growth and healing.
Healing is a process, not a single moment. I strive to create a supportive and grounded space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, and develop tools that foster lasting change. If you’re ready to begin your journey, I invite you to take the next step and schedule a session.

Psychology is the study of the mind and its conscious and unconscious behavior. With vast training in feelings and emotions, psychologists are able to diagnose and treat mental health challenges. Clinical psychologists typically hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in addition to a doctorate degree. They also spend considerable time studying a wide variety of mental health issues.
Treatment plans may look different for each client since everyone can experience mental health issues in different ways. However, talk therapy forms the basis of much of a clinical psychologist’s work, and is highly effective for many emotional disorders and cases of mental illness.
During talk therapy sessions, a psychologist provides a safe space for clients to begin a dialogue and open up about their struggles. Wielding their knowledge and experience, psychologists can provide clients with a new perspective on their feelings, relationships, and thought processes. While psychological counseling can help to overcome a specific crisis in your life, it can have long-term benefits as well. Many clients leave therapy with a newfound understanding of their lives and coping skills to navigate difficult situations.
