About
As a therapist and a person who has done my own work, I meet clients with genuine empathy, steady support, and a belief in their ability to grow.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 5 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I help clients slow down, understand their emotions, and develop healthier patterns that feel sustainable. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative, offering space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and feel more grounded and connected in everyday life.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Troy University and have clinical experience in behavioral health settings. My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based tools, strength-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques to support emotional regulation, insight, and long-term well-being.
I would be honored to support you as you navigate whatever you are facing. Together, we can create space for clarity, relief, and meaningful change at a pace that feels steady and empowering. If you are ready to begin—or simply curious about how therapy with me might help—I invite you to take the next step and schedule an appointment.

Thriveworks Couples therapy helps couples work through their specific relationship issues. It is led by licensed professionals — often licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) — who are experts in their field and best-equipped to help couples. Some examples of common focuses within couples therapy include:
Couples therapy works by helping couples identify and better navigate their unique challenges. Following an initial assessment of the couple in terms of strengths and needs, the therapist would then discuss their therapeutic goals and any possible approaches or ways of working together as therapist and couple.Couples attend sessions together, whether they meet in person or by video. In addition to regular couples therapy sessions, each partner may also be asked to attend a few individual sessions to supplement their progress. This will allow their counselor to get to know each individual better, assess each of their personal needs, and develop the very best treatment plan moving forward.
Couples therapy at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and via Online therapy. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you and your partner.
On average, couples attend couples therapy for 12 weeks. However, couples therapy may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
No matter the length or nature of your relationship, every partnership has its ups and downs. Disagreements and frustrations are a natural and common part of coexisting with another person. When you devote so much of your time and energy to someone else, you will inevitably find that there are aspects of your relationship that cause friction or conflict.
But while disagreements are entirely normal, you may find that some elements of your relationship are causing you concern or stress. If you are currently experiencing this, you may want to consider relationship counseling services.
Couples therapy is not about identifying who is to blame or who is in the wrong. Instead, working with a couples therapist can help you develop the tools and skills you need to more effectively communicate with your partner. Couples and marriage counselors can improve your relationship and help you build productive habits that reduce conflict and stress in the future.
