Michelle completed her Master's degree in Counseling in 2018 from Faulkner University. She has ample experience juggling life, school and work. Her first career was as a Medical Assistant in a busy practice for 20 years. She worked full time while getting her degree. La-Shieka Brooks is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with experience in providing clinical assessments and therapeutic care to the child, adolescent and adult population seeking help dealing with a variety of psychiatric and behavioral issues, including anxiety, trauma, grief, mood disorders and aggressive behaviors.
