About
As a compassionate, person-centered therapist with more than a decade of experience, I use evidence-based approaches to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you heal, grow, and move toward your goals.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC)with 13 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I take a compassionate, person-centered approach and strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you begin your healing journey. I work with adults and adolescents, helping clients address emotional overwhelm, unresolved pain, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Regent University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to tailor treatment to your needs, build coping skills, deepen insight, and support lasting wellness.
I believe healing grows through trust, clarity, and connection. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence and purpose. You can expect a supportive space to explore challenges and strengthen your resilience. If you're ready, I would be honored to walk with you toward growth.

As a military veteran, I've developed the mantra of "adapt and overcome," which is what I help my clients do every day.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 8 years of experience helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or pulled in multiple directions by life’s demands. I specialize in supporting clients who are struggling with relationship challenges, stress, work-life balance, and personal growth. My focus is helping people strengthen their relationships—with others and with themselves—so they can move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I believe that growth begins with self-awareness and the willingness to explore the relationship we have with ourselves.
I earned my Master of Science in mental health counseling from Washington Adventist University. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices that help clients better understand their patterns, develop healthier habits, and build stronger emotional connections.
Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes. Together, we will work to strengthen the relationships and habits that support the life you want to build.
