As someone who has experience with loss, I’m committed to providing care that not only follows evidence-based practice but also honors the emotional realities my clients face.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 14 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, mood concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based care.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from the University of Rochester.
