As a single mother who has faced the challenges of postpartum depression and anxiety, I know firsthand how overwhelming life’s transitions can feel.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 17 years of experience supporting clients through major life transitions. I primarily work with women navigating relationship challenges, divorce, postpartum stress, low confidence, and periods of uncertainty. My clients come to therapy seeking clarity, stability, and meaningful change, and I help them build the insight and confidence needed to move forward with purpose.
I earned my master’s in social work from Barry University. I use a solution-focused, strength-based approach that helps clients clarify what is working, identify goals, and take practical steps toward lasting progress. My work encourages alignment, self-growth, and a deeper sense of control over the path ahead.
If you are ready to look within and take the first step, we can work together to help you create the life you want. Therapy moves at your pace—we may laugh, cry, reflect, and grow along the way. You do not have to do this alone. Reach out when you are ready, and let’s begin your transformation together.
