As a man whose early adulthood coincided with war, financial crises, and a society in a constant state of flux, I have learned through first-hand experience how difficult one's mental health struggles can make day-to-day functioning.
Jeremy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience in the mental health field. He is passionate about helping young adults, adults, and couples learn how to live lives that are meaningful, purposeful, and satisfying. He specializes in: depression, anxiety, attachment issues, trauma, relationship dynamics and boundary issues, self-confidence, identity and purpose, spiritual issues, and mindfulness.
Jeremy completed his Master’s degree in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor (2009).

Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. Generally, CBT is considered a short-term therapy, typically lasting for about 12 to 20 weekly sessions. In some cases, it might extend to around 16 to 20 sessions for more complex issues.
