I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience, passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I specialize in supporting clients who are working through anxiety, ADHD, addictions, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can process, heal, and build resilience through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to equip my clients with the skills and strategies they need for lasting growth. I work collaboratively to identify goals and tailor each session to the client’s unique needs and pace.

The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Cornelius therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
