Melissa listens and is affirming and kind. She also asks really good questions to help me process what is going on and get to the root of the issue. Her training in trauma has helped me understand my issues and how to process them, and her knowledge of ADHD, PTSD, and differential diagnoses has been invaluable in explaining my experiences and those of my family members.

I am in two separate counseling sessions.. My individual counselor, Cecelia, is very attentive and reassuring. She always hypes up my wins and helps me reframe negativity. . My couples' counselor, Shantrice, is great at hearing both sides and finding a happy medium concerning our circumstances. We recently decided to separate and she has been very receptive to helping us navigate as future ex-spouses and co-parents.
