" My name is Nicole Sharp and am a Bryan/ College Station native. I went to Texas A&M University for my undergraduate and received a BA in Psychology. I then attended the University of Houston- Clear Lake for my MA in Marriage and Family (Systems Theory) therapy. I work with clients from 6 years old to older people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, personal growth, loss and grief, stress, codependency, women's issues, relational challenges. From a systems approach, I help clients also address any systematic (work, family, cultural, socioeconomic systems) they attribute to them feeling "stuck" in old patterns and behaviors.My approach is very collaborative. My clients are the experts of their lives. I am just the tour guide helping them navigate where they want to go. I adapt Cognitive Behavioral therapy, psychoeducation and other training to best adapt and help each adult and teen client.
