She has a great rapport with everyone she sees and utilizes many different therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals. Lisa specializes in helping children, teens, and adults suffering from ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, trauma, mood disorders, and much more.
Lisa obtained her Master's degree in Human Service from Post University and completed her Clinical Counseling degree at John Carroll University. Lisa's most utilized therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy (NT), and family systems therapy (FST), to name a few.
