As a therapist with a disability, I know firsthand what it feels like to move through a world that isn’t adapted to you. Healing begins when we change how we meet our challenges by learning to work with every part of who we are instead of resisting it. It’s our strengths and vulnerabilities together that make us who we are.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Treatment Victim Advocate with 4 years of experience supporting adults and older teens. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or identity challenges and simply want to feel better, however that looks like for them. My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are, offering a mix of empathy, real talk, and humor when it fits. While we can’t always control what happens around us, we can learn to cope, connect, and feel more in charge of our story.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. My style is collaborative and trauma-informed, focusing on validation, emotional regulation, and practical coping tools. I also have extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals with disabilities as they rebuild confidence and rediscover their own voice.
Life can be messy, and healing isn’t about pretending it’s not. Therapy is your space to unpack what’s been weighing you down and find clarity in the chaos. You don’t have to go through it alone, and if you’re ready to start exploring your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Centennial therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. An OCD therapist will collaborate with you to identify and modify irrational thought patterns while gradually and gently exposing you to anxiety-triggering situations, helping to disrupt the cycle of obsessive-compulsive rituals and promote healthier coping strategies.
Thriveworks OCD counseling in Centennial, CO is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
The number of sessions for OCD counseling is variable, contingent upon the individual’s unique needs, the severity of their condition, and their progress during treatment. Typically, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), commonly used for OCD, comprises around 12 to 16 weekly sessions, but the exact session count can be customized based on the individual’s response to treatment and therapeutic objectives.
