Katherine “Katie” Dibb is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 21 years of experience supporting individuals navigating challenges related to substance use, trauma, and mental health. She brings a patient, compassionate presence to her work and is committed to helping clients achieve meaningful personal goals. Katie fosters a safe space where healing, growth, and empowerment are possible for individuals from all walks of life.
Katie holds a Master’s in Community Psychology from Alverno College. She uses a person-centered and strengths-based approach, drawing on motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care to guide her work. Her deep empathy and clinical skills allow her to meet clients where they are and support their progress in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way.
Clients can expect a warm, steady presence from Katie, someone who listens deeply and believes in their ability to grow. She works alongside clients to explore challenges, uncover strengths, and build paths forward that reflect their values, needs, and hopes for lasting change.
