My background includes inpatient and outpatient behavioral health care, as well as experience working with geriatric patients in long-term care settings. I specialize in medication management and support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, and autism. I also work with clients navigating substance use, trauma, parenting challenges, caregiver burnout, and major life stressors. I earned my master’s in nursing from Shenandoah University. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management through both in-person and telehealth visits, while taking a holistic approach that considers medical, lifestyle, and emotional factors that may influence mental health.

Letizia Fariss is a Resident in Counseling with 10 years of experience in nursing. Letizia has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Through nursing, she has cared for people with mental health issues including PTSD, addictions, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and palliative and hospice care. Letizia has lived in and traveled to many European and Middle Eastern countries, which means that she’s seen a wide variety of cultures and ethnicities. As a result, she knows that everyone has varying beliefs and values and appreciates that uniqueness.

Letizia is also the wife of an Army veteran and everyone in her family has served or is still serving on active duty. As a result, she is very skilled at handling stressful situations, especially trauma and PTSD. Her personal experiences, coupled with her professional training in trauma, enable her to provide the needed support to her clients.

Mary Alice Fields is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 30 years of experience counseling couples, families, and individuals. Mary Alice completed her Master of Education (MEd) at Lindsey Wilson College.

Mary Alice believes most people do the best they can with the knowledge and experience they possess. At times in our lives, our knowledge and experience are not enough to solve problems and live our most productive life. At times like this, collaboration with a licensed professional counselor can help us discover ways to solve issues and achieve our full potential. Changing our perception of issues can be most helpful. Jorge has taught and counseled adolescents, teens, and young adults throughout his career. He has vast experience in the areas of substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and veterans' issues.

Jorge completed his undergraduate degree in Social Work at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Maryville University. He is a native of Memphis, Tennessee.

Kelly Clemente is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Kelly specializes in treating special needs children, drug-addicted youth, pregnant teens, struggling birthmothers, eating-disordered adults, grieving widows, sexual trauma survivors, and victims of domestic violence. Kelly utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

Kelly earned a Master of Arts in School Counseling at Regent University. As a mother who placed her child up for adoption at 18, sister of 2 adoptees, and survivor of rape and domestic violence, Kelly has navigated trauma, unexpected pregnancy, adoption, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss, as well as the impact of these things on one's faith/spirituality.

Kayla Barnoski is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 6 years of professional experience working with infants, toddlers, children, and teens with sides or concerns related to anxiety, depression, family issues, developmental disorders, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and more. 

Kayla received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies at West Virginia University. She went on to earn her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University. Katie utilizes an eclectic counseling approach, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Rogerian methods, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and more.
