How does Thriveworks verify my insurance?
Thriveworks follows a specific process to verify your insurance coverage for mental health services:
1. When you book an appointment, you’ll be asked to provide your current insurance information. This can be done online or over the phone.
2. Thriveworks will attempt to verify your benefits on your behalf. We use this information to confirm that you are active with your insurance and estimate your coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs.
3. While Thriveworks verifies your provider is in-network before your appointment, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage details and avoid unexpected costs.
4. When contacting your insurance provider, ask about:
- Whether Thriveworks is in-network with your plan
- What your benefits include
- Your deductible amount
- Co-payment or co-insurance amounts
What Thriveworks services are covered by insurance?
