DaLisha has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples, specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, motivation, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and confidence. DaLisha received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has a Master of Philosophy in Human and Social Services, both from Walden University. DaLisha also holds a PhD Human and Social Services from Walden University.
DaLisha is genuine and easy to talk to. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, TF-CBT and solution-focused treatment approaches.
