I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions while fostering greater self-awareness, emotional stability, and healthier relationships. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore new paths toward balance and resilience. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.
I earned a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed CBT, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to promote lasting emotional healing.

My go-to approach for helping people in individual therapy is person-centered. I find the best benefit in person-centered therapy because I believe that most of the therapeutic work is done through the client-therapist relationship.

Individual therapy at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and via Online therapy. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
The duration of your individual therapy sessions will vary. The decision on the number and frequency of sessions is typically collaboratively determined by the client and therapist.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry McLean is located on Elm St. across from Palmercare Chiropractic - McLean. We are cushioned between two buildings — one of which houses Century Duct Cleaning and M C C Aviation Services, and the other of which houses Deirdre Maull Orthodontics, Care Connect Pharmacy, and several other businesses. There are also several parks nearby including Elm Street Park and McLean Pocket Park. The closest bus stop is Elm & Fleetwood.
