Nancy Mize is a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals of all ages with concerns including anger, depression, anxiety, addiction, substance abuse, mental stress, and life transitions. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles and enjoys learning from everyone she comes in contact with. Her goal is to walk with others as they move from pain and despair to peace and joy.
Nancy earned her Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, family systems, and multiple other theories depending on the individual client.
Whether you are struggling with serious mental health problems or just need help figuring it all out, Nancy is ready to support you on your journey. She invites you to walk with her from darkness to light.
