I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, young adults, and college students navigate life’s challenges. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, loneliness, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, and parenting stress. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to begin their healing journey.
I earned my Doctorate in Counselor Education from the University of New Orleans. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and active listening. I draw from evidence-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs and believe a genuine connection is the foundation for lasting change.

Yes, there are therapists who help with anger via Anger management therapy. It’s a therapeutic process that an individual goes through to manage their anger and identify its triggers. They’re given clear instructions on how to improve their angry behavior as well as a safe space for opening up about their emotions.
Once an individual’s triggers are identified, anger management therapy focuses on helping the individual process and respond to these emotions in a more positive and productive manner. The anger management therapist will provide coping strategies and ultimately help their client take back control of their anger.
