Hi, I'm Sayra Medina, a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I believe most people are doing the best they can with the tools, experiences, and stories they have been given. My role is not to tell clients who they should be, but to help them better understand who they are. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. Together, we create a space for self-discovery, healing, and meaningful growth. I believe healing is not always found through words alone. Drawing from play therapy, experiential techniques, and evidence-based practices, I create opportunities for clients to explore, reflect, and learn in ways that feel engaging and meaningful.
