Dr. Crystal Saidi is a Licensed Psychologist with 14 years of experience. She offers individual, family, and couples counseling to adolescents and adults dealing with family conflict, career, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Saidi completed her doctoral internship at CSUF Counseling and Psychological Services and her post-doctoral training at Monsour Counseling Center in the Claremont University Consortium. She has served as a staff psychologist at a large university, clinic director of an outpatient substance abuse program, and faculty and training director for a graduate program in counseling psychology.
Dr. Saidi received her Master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She uses approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, integrative therapy, and Rogerian therapy with her clients depending on their needs and goals.
Dr. Saidi enjoys working with and learning from individuals from all backgrounds and cultures. She strives to create a safe space for clients to process and explore their concerns without judgment. Dr. Saidi enjoys reading and traveling and is fluent in Farsi. Book an appointment with her today!

On average, couples attend marriage and couples counseling for 12 weeks. However, couples & marriage counseling may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
