He has experience working in various settings, from out-patient college clinics to in-patient hospitals and outpatient community centers. He works with children, adolescents, and adults to address their unique needs and live their lives on their terms.

Matthew completed his Master's degree at Old Dominion University in 2022, and Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology at the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2015 and 2016. He utilizes a person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach with his clients.

During his professional years as a clinical social work therapist, Graeme Biddle has had the privilege of working with several populations, including clients with terminal illnesses and their family members, as well as children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral instability. Graeme enjoys helping clients identify tools to cope with anxiety, depression, and anger. He also has experience helping clients understand life transitions, as well as better understand periods of grief and loss.

Graeme completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as his Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the state of Virginia. Graeme provides a calm, validating approach to therapy, while also remaining direct, and encouraging self-accountability. While using a strengths-based perspective, Graeme utilizes several clinical modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

My name is Jacquita White, and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working toward full licensure while providing compassionate, client-centered care under supervision. I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm. Hui-Chen Wong is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Ms. Wong received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Welfare and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Ms. Wong has over 10 years of experience providing individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan. Her work draws upon crisis intervention, trauma informed care, mindfulness, and meditation. She specializes in treating acute stress, anxiety, depression, family challenges, grief, loss, life balance, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and behavioral issues. 

Ms. Wong utilizes evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, self-compassion treatment, behavioral modification therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals achieve improved emotional and behavioral functioning. Ms. Wong's goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment upon which a strong clinical relationship can be built. It is her belief that through this partnership clients are best able to draw on their individual strengths and capabilities.

Lyn Ames is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 2 years of experience. She specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, anger, relationship issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, behavioral problems, and mood disorders. Lyn has served clients in in-home therapeutic services, outpatient therapy, and family therapy. She views life's challenges as part of the human experiences that allow individuals to grow.

Lyn earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She uses a holistic, personalized approach that utilizes various clinical techniques, from cognitive behavior therapy to dialectical behavior therapy and person-centered techniques.
