Those insured by Magellan can choose to work with our clinicians by using self-pay or out-of-network (OON) benefits if available to them. In addition, impacted clients can continue seeing their Thriveworks provider by switching to self-pay or using any out-of-network (OON) benefits they may have. They may also choose to discontinue services, in which case our support team and clinicians are here to help transition care and provide referral options for other mental health care providers in the area.
