Most of her career has been spent in spaces that try to make therapy less intimidating and more approachable for all. Anna received her Master’s in Social Work from Ohio State University. Debra offers specialization in the areas of self-esteem, ADHD, coping with illness and life transitions, divorce, grief, loss, anxiety, and mood disorders. She takes a collaborative and supportive approach, working closely with individuals to develop clear, personalized goals. Pam believes in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

Pam holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois. She is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities and uses a blended approach to meet clients where they are. Her sessions focus on building trust, identifying root concerns, and guiding clients through healing and growth at a comfortable pace.
