About
As a mom, who knows how busy life can be. I know how important it is for us to be present and well for those we most care about. I have an understanding of what it takes to make life changes in order to see different outcomes for our future.
I am Elizabeth Solano, LMHC, with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—from young children and adolescents to adults—navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and life transitions. I've also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
I believe everyone has strengths, and I make it a point to highlight yours throughout our work together. I'll take time to get to know you as an individual—your interests, your passions, and what brought you to therapy in the first place. I'm here to listen without judgment, learn from you, and work collaboratively toward the goals that matter most to you.
We all need support sometimes—a listening ear, a fresh perspective, or help sorting through our thoughts. I know how hard it is to take that first step, but I assure you it's worth it. You are not alone, and I'm here when you're ready.

As someone who has encountered many obstacles, my experiences have taught me that strength is often discovered in life's most difficult moments; this is why I believe that feeling genuinely seen, heard, and supported are foundational tools to true healing.
Hello, my name is Katrice Anderson, and I am a licensed mental health therapist with a master's degree. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and trauma-related issues. Many of my clients have found themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—seeking to be seen and heard, wanting guidance, and hoping to build coping strategies and trust themselves.
My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, incorporating strengths-based approaches and tailoring treatment to fit each client's needs. I create a safe space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools to cope with challenges and achieve meaningful change.
Whether you are seeking self-understanding, emotional healing, or healthier coping strategies, I would like to support you on your journey. Your experiences and challenges matter, and taking the first step is a courageous act of self-care. I am committed to meeting you where you are with empathy and encouragement as we work toward lasting positive change.
