She has the most passion for the issues of anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, BPD, LGBTQIA+ (she is an ally), life transitions, career issues, relationships, grief, women's issues, infertility, adoption, non-complex trauma, those with substance use issues who have been in recovery and want to better their lives, and spirituality issues including recovering from spiritual abuse and spiritual trauma.

Janet earned a Master of Arts in Counseling at Kairos University and a master’s in Divinity at Emory University. I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Iowa. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical.
