I work with individuals, couples, teens, young adults, and adults age 65 and older navigating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma histories, grief and loss, life transitions, relational challenges, and work-life balance concerns.

I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Iowa. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical.
