About
As a therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical training, offering a warm, culturally attuned space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you grow.
I am a licensed associate professional counselor (LAPC) with 7 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, and trauma-related challenges. I work with individuals who are seeking deeper insight, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of balance and fulfillment in their lives.
I have my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, blending cognitive-behavioral strategies, attachment-focused work, and trauma-informed care. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-awareness, and develop tools for lasting change.
If you’ve been carrying more than you let others see, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is possible, and change often begins with one courageous step. When you’re ready, I invite you to schedule a session—I would be honored to walk alongside you in this work.

The official diagnosis for CUD requires a minimum of two symptoms to be present in a person’s life, but the DSM-5 also gives a range for CUD’s severity based upon the total number of symptoms presented.
THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis, is stored in the body through fat cells. Feelings may sweep over people, especially if they used cannabis to avoid difficult emotions or experiences.
Therapy has helped many people handle the difficulties of detox. Counseling may equip people with coping skills to survive detox and then resolve the challenging emotions they feel.
