As someone who has experienced personal trauma and PTSD, I know how much that can affect every aspect of a person's life, and what challenges it presents to becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
Hi, my name is Jared, and I'm an LPC Associate with an M.S. in Counseling. I work with adults ages 18–63 navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, relationship wounds, identity development, and emotional pain. I also support LGBTQIA+ clients exploring identity, shame, religious trauma, self-acceptance, and rejection. My background includes PHP/IOP work with complex trauma, substance use, personality disorders, and major life transitions. I'm passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
My approach is compassionate, direct, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based work to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and break painful patterns. I also believe humor, authenticity, and joy are important parts of healing.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate things alone. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported while working toward healing, growth, and lasting change. If you feel we may be a good fit, I'd be honored to work with you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, including 4 years as an LPC Associate and 4 years as a fully licensed clinician. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Many clients come to counseling feeling overstimulated, or unsure how to cope—looking for practical tools, clarity, and a sense of control. Others may be working through past trauma or patterns impacting their daily lives.
Whether you're seeking relief from immediate stressors or looking for deeper understanding and long-term growth, I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
You deserve dedicated time with a mental health professional — it can be life-changing.
