Brett Burlone is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in helping individuals and couples navigate various challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, marriage and relationship issues, and life transitions. He provides a warm, empathetic, and respectful space to meet clients where they are and work toward therapeutic goals at a comfortable pace.

Brett received his Master’s in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. He uses a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices including mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral strategies, and motivational interviewing to help clients gain insight and find practical solutions.

Ashley Smith is a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with 2 years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges including stress, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Ashley firmly believes that therapy is a collaborative process, and she prioritizes working alongside her clients to identify their needs, goals, and pathways to healing. She also incorporates art-based activities into sessions to encourage self-expression and provide new perspectives.

Ashley has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She takes an eclectic approach to treatment, drawing on evidence-based techniques to find what works best for each individual. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, supplemented with creative expression.
