I specialize in addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, codependency, depression, domestic violence, grief, life transitions, parenting, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, and more. My own journey began with the belief that hope is not an end but a beginning. Growing up in a dysfunctional home taught me the power of choice, and I pursued the hard work to transform my life. That road helped me uncover solutions hidden behind the fog of despair, and it shaped my deep commitment to guiding others through their own healing.

Trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), I understand the reality of high-stress roles, repeated trauma exposure, and the expectations that come with them. My approach is straightforward, practical, and grounded in real life. I help clients sort through what they’ve seen, what they’ve carried, and how it’s showing up—whether that’s anger, stress, burnout, or substance use.

I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Abilene Christian University. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients build practical tools for lasting change.
