I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of psychiatric nursing experience. Since becoming licensed, I have worked with clients seeking compassionate support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, substance use, and personality disorders. I focus on helping clients manage symptoms, gain insight, and improve their quality of life through evidence-based care, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation.
I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University, where I built a foundation in evidence-based psychiatric care. My approach includes psychopharmacologic management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation to help clients develop resilience, stability, and improved mental well-being.
