Hello, my name is Tim Giannoni, a counselor here at Thriveworks. I want to thank you for taking the time to review this clip and finding more about our organization and about counseling in general.
You are probably in a place — if you’re viewing this — [where] you’re thinking for yourself or maybe a loved one about the potential of accessing counseling services.
This is not simple. This is not easy. You’re probably feeling some anxiety, probably feeling nervous — very, very natural feelings.
What I want to encourage you to do in looking for counselors, in looking at organizations, is be willing to take that first step. It’s so important with regards to finding a location, finding a counselor, where you can develop a solid trust, know that there is confidentiality there and get a new support structure around you as you might deal with past or current challenges.
Sometimes even the ones we love the most are not the ones that can help us through the most difficult times. So, my message to you is one of encouragement. I would like to be available to you, our organization is available to you — please do not hesitate to make that call.
I want to thank you for your time in reviewing and finding out more about our organization.
Thank you!
