She specializes in supporting others through trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, gender identity, personality disorders, and stress. Janet began her career working in child welfare with the Department of Human Services before working with children with behavioral health disorders and dysfunctional home lives. Janet has provided behavioral health therapy for children, adults, and families, school-based therapy for children, and residential treatment for adolescents recovering from addiction. She also has 3 years of experience in hospice care.

Janet has a Master's in Social Work from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. She takes a holistic approach, providing a safe and supportive environment for personal growth, healing, and transformation.
