I believe to truly practice self-care, we must ensure we are taking time to address our mental health, the same as we ensure our dental and physical health.
My hope each day is to make even the smallest positive difference in someone's life, whether by offering a safe space to process difficult emotions, helping create a plan to manage life’s stressors, or exploring strengths to pursue meaningful goals.
