I am a licensed psychologist with 37 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan through life transitions, emotional challenges, and relational stress. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and family issues. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School. My approach for treating couples counseling is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have used CBT for over 30 years and I have found it to be one of the most effective approaches in working with couples.
