I have worked with diverse individuals across many settings, where I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I use a flexible, client-centered approach that integrates evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s lived experience and cultural context. Together, we work to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with their values and goals.
I earned my Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and flexible, integrating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-focused interventions, and mindfulness to help you better understand patterns and build practical coping tools.

Her first experience in this field was working in long-term residential treatment for individuals struggling with severe and persistent mental illness. Since that time, she has worked in an inpatient psychiatric facility, residential programs, intensive outpatient agencies, and an outpatient clinic.
