About
As someone who has walked alongside individuals, couples, and families through trauma, loss, and life transitions, I bring an empathetic and strengths-based approach that honors each person's unique story.
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, older adults, couples, and families through trauma, loss, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients strengthen resilience, restore connection, and achieve emotional well-being in a safe, compassionate space. Together, we'll identify strengths, build coping tools, and create positive change through collaboration and self-awareness.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. My approach is trauma-informed, empathic, and strengths-based. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and family systems techniques to support healing.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, authenticity, and respect. Whether you're navigating relationships, grief, or personal challenges, I'll walk alongside you to foster healing, clarity, and confidence. You deserve a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered toward lasting growth.

Together, we'll explore your challenges, clarify your goals, and build strategies that help you find peace. I might even get a laugh out of you—humor is my favorite therapeutic intervention.
I enjoy incorporating solution-focused, cognitive behavior therapy, humor, and real-life anecdotes to help you get through difficult times. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Person-Centered, and solution-focused modalities.
I look forward to hearing from you and helping you get in a good place, start living a life you want to live, get through past trauma's and family stressors. Let me help you start enjoying life again.

Thriveworks Couples therapy helps couples work through their specific relationship issues. It is led by licensed professionals — often licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) — who are experts in their field and best-equipped to help couples. Some examples of common focuses within couples therapy include:
Couples therapy works by helping couples identify and better navigate their unique challenges. Following an initial assessment of the couple in terms of strengths and needs, the therapist would then discuss their therapeutic goals and any possible approaches or ways of working together as therapist and couple.Couples attend sessions together, whether they meet in person or by video. In addition to regular couples therapy sessions, each partner may also be asked to attend a few individual sessions to supplement their progress. This will allow their counselor to get to know each individual better, assess each of their personal needs, and develop the very best treatment plan moving forward.
Couples therapy at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and via Online therapy. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you and your partner.
On average, couples attend couples therapy for 12 weeks. However, couples therapy may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
The author James Dobson once advised, “Don’t marry the person you think you can live with; marry only the individual you think you can’t live without.” Long-term spouses wouldn’t stay committed through the conflicts and the hurt and the heartache if they thought they’d be better off without their partner. Marriage can be incredibly hard. But sometimes being without the person you love can be harder, so people do their best to make it work.
Couples counseling can help reduce the occasional bouts of misunderstanding and distress that occur within every relationship. The licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) at Thriveworks in Huntington Beach, CA excel at working with couples who need a little extra support to resolve conflicts, manage stress and adversity, and improve communication. Marriage therapy is a place where couples can feel comfortable talking about their relationship issues. In the safe zone of a relationship counseling session, couples can reinforce their strengths and remember why they fell in love in the first place. Reach out today to get started.
Countless studies have shown the efficacy of marriage counseling and couples therapy. Most couples are satisfied with the results of therapy in 12 sessions or fewer. People seek guidance from the exceptional LMFTs at Thriveworks for all kinds of reasons. One of the first questions a therapist will ask each partner is what their goals are for therapy. Here are some examples of common goals that a therapist can help facilitate:
