Are you listening to the messages your life is sending you? I believe we constantly receive messages from our lives. This is especially true when we stray off our personal course and begin to feel out of balance. This may present as increased anger, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, substance use, or other emotional symptoms. At first it may be very subtle, but then you realize that it’s getting in the way of you being able to live your best life.
Today is the day that you listened to your messages. This is the most important step of all and I would be honored to guide you on your journey of returning to your balance and living your best life. I utilize several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a strengths- based perspective.
I believe we all have the answers within us that address the complicated issues we are struggling with when we seek therapy. My approach is to assist you with gaining an understanding of your unique process, and then exploring strategies that are designed for your individual needs to help with getting you back on track.
