Alorin Harris, LCSW-C, is a licensed social worker in the state of Maryland who has over 30 years of experience providing compassionate, effective therapeutic services to clients from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and psychological needs. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Maryland and her Master of Social Work at Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Alorin works as a team member with the client to establish a trusting, caring and safe environment where they can explore difficulties with issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship problems, life transitions and difficult decision-making.

Using cognitive-behavioral and strength-based therapies, Alorin helps clients examine patterns in thoughts, relationships and behaviors that have created stress or poor outcomes in their lives, and works with them to create new perspectives, tools and actions that will enhance rather than impair their well-being. Services are tailored to the individual’s specific needs, history and priorities.
